Rain Frog Apparel gives back! Through 1% for the Planet, we are able to give at least 1% of our annual sales to environmental causes each year. Started in 2003 by Yvon Chouinard, founder and owner of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder and owner of Blue Ribbon Flies, 1% for the Planet has hundreds of members across the United States and in countries around the world. 1% maintains a database of approved recipient organizations that are actively working to protect our global environment. That includes environmental education, environmental health, pollution prevention, conservation of open space and ecologically important landscapes, and more. In addition, Rain Frog Apparel is a member of The Eco Collective, a member-based group of the most visionary, cutting-edge designers who have joined together to support the ideals of social responsibility, ethics, and open communication and collaboration. Our goal is "PuRRRPoseful" action, with the 3 R's representing the principles of "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" as well as "Rockin' Responsibility & Respect."
