What is your return policy?
If you're happy, we're happy. On the other hand, if you didn't get just exactly what you wanted, we'll gladly refund or exchange your unwashed, unworn purchases within 90 days of your original purchase date. And of course, if your product is defective, we'll gladly exchange it for one that isn't. For assistance in returning or exchanging an item, please e-mail us at info@rainfrogapparel.com. We will respond to your inquiry within two business days.
Why do you use bamboo in your clothing?
Bamboo is a sustainable resource—a fast-growing grass that grows a full meter or more per day. It improves the health of the soil by preventing erosion and consuming excess nitrogen. There’s no need for pesticides with bamboo, so it’s completely organic—and it takes in nearly five times the amount of greenhouse gases and produces 35 percent more oxygen than an equivalent amount of trees. It’s also made without the use of non-renewable petroleum and without formaldehyde. Plus, Rain Frog Apparel products are panda-safe since they are made with Moso bamboo, a species that is not eaten by pandas.
Bamboo is a naturally antimicrobial, moisture wicking, hypoallergenic fabric that’s great for warm weather and exercising and is easy to care for. It even has built-in UV protection! Yet it’s as soft and luxurious as silk, so it works equally well for dressy affairs. Need we say more?
What about the cotton in your clothing?
It’s organic, too, so that means—you guessed it—not putting any harmful pesticides into the environment or into your clothing.
Where are your products made?
Rain Frog Apparel embraces the global economy that has evolved over the past several years. We work primarily with a U.S.-based manufacturer, Bamboo Textile, which operates its own manufacturing facilities in China under fair trade conditions. We also work with select smaller suppliers that have U.S.-based operations.
